At Hacket Clothing Shop, we combine meticulous craftsmanship with exceptional customer service. Our shipping and returns policies reflect our commitment to delivering premium menswear with the same precision as our tailoring.

Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check during checkout if your location is serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with noted exceptions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium menswear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging

Important Exception: Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on socks unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Email Content:
    • Item name, size and colour
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Your full name and contact number

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Prepaid return label (for faulty items)
  • Return address details
  • Any additional instructions if needed

Step 3: Package and Send

Securely package your return including:

  • The original packing slip or order confirmation
  • All original packaging and tags

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Step 4: Processing

Once received at our Glasgow atelier, we’ll inspect the items and process your return within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size or colour exchanges:

  • Follow the standard returns process above
  • Clearly state your preferred replacement item

We’ll ship your new item once the return is received. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK:

  • Are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Should mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Will not have original shipping costs refunded

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement
